ABOUT MECHANICAL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT

The department has established in 2010 to explore students to new area of Engineering and Technology. The Technology of Mechanical Engineering is miraculous because it allows us to do more with less, ratcheting up our fundamental capabilities to a higher level. Students of department are extremely skilled at a many specialties and they learn what to do with those skills in the wider world. Our primary goal in teaching the class is to help our students see beyond the tracks laid down by academic specialist to broader future that is theirs to create. Our focus is to guide the students not only to gain the job but also to prepare students to start their own venture. At department level greater emphasis is putting on benefits of entrepreneurial-focused education, instilling the confidence in students to turn ideas into reality. These are in the in the form of structured mentorship programmes, short courses or other forms of training.

The available Faculty/Staff of the department are having very vast experience in their specialized area. Department have been guiding to the students as per the syllabus scheme of University not only acquire theory knowledge but also practical too. Our final year students Mr. Chavan Ajit Mukund and Mr. Vitthal Chandrasen Surywanshi are the first ranker in Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded in the year 2018 and 2019 respectively.

Department arrange Industrial Visits for the students, Industrial visit has its own importance in a career of a student who is pursuing a professional degree. It is considered as a part of college curriculum. We know, theoretical knowledge is not enough for making a good professional career. With an aim to go beyond academics, industrial visit provides student a practical perspective on the world of work, opportunity to learn practically through interaction, working methods and employment practices.

Department not only focus on teaching- Learning but also to inculcate Professional Values, Attitudes and Ethics among the students.
